A certified Google Partner and social media specialist, James’ career has spanned the publishing, software, agricultural, retail and real estate industries, with his most recent role being Head of Marketing, Development and Films for Unity Media plc. This covered the company’s portfolio of five renowned automotive magazine titles, along with some of the UK’s biggest business-to-business trade magazines. Personally, James has a healthy interest in cars and the environment, which lead him to develop one of the world’s most popular electric vehicle websites, EV Performance.
From a very early age, Sam knew he wanted his career to involve cars. Following brief work experience stints at both Autocar and Fast Car magazines, his natural talent in both writing and photography soon shone through, leading him to cut his teeth with a three-year stretch as Features Writer for the UK’s largest Japanese tuning magazine, Banzai. Alongside James, Sam has developed EV Performance, along with taking on freelance PR campaigns for an ever-expanding amount of clients he’s met through the automotive world. Sam regularly takes to the track, has an unashamed obsession with the Nurburgring Nordschleife, and a self confessed weakness for ageing Hondas.
